Our claw machines come with the latest dual electronic coin comparators, bill acceptor and bill stacker. You can expect years of trouble-free service. Ideal for most any location especially for arcades, sports bars, fun centers, restaurants, laundromats, game rooms and much more.

Note: Now with a Glowing Product Display Deck that beautifully displays the latest toys on an LED glowing display. Also comes equipped with Under Glow and Soft Glow Corner Lighting to create a mood enhancing feel and look as well as an eye-catching door that flashes to pick up your prize.

Adjustable Claw Strength: This crane machine has an adjustable claw strength with two phases of its operation: one for when it picks up the prize, and another for when it carries the prize to the chute. The voltage can be set differently for each phase anywhere from 0-48. There is a third voltage setting for the auto-percentage feature which varies the claw strength for a % of turns taken on the machine, which most customers set at its maximum. The auto-percentage can be set for any turn from 1-99. The factory setting is usually 10, which means every tenth turn the claw will be at maximum strength.

Shipping: Delivery to anywhere in the continental U.S. 48 contiguous states. Items being shipped to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada or any other country will incur additional shipping charges.

Availability: Usually leaves the warehouse in 10 to 14 business days.

Manufacturer's Crane & Redemption Machine Warranty Information
Warranty covers crane claw machines, arcade style novelty Impulse skill games. Gravity Hill skill game and the Impulse Coin Vortex Funnel.

The machine Manufacturer warrants to the original consumer, buyer/purchaser, that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The manufacturer will replace or repair at its discretion any machine deemed defective as a result of normal use for a period of one (1) year including the coin mechanism. Under this Warranty, any part that is proven to be defective shall be repaired on site if possible or repaired and replaced at the Manufacturer's option their factory, free of charge, provided it is returned prepaid as directed.

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your vending equipment, you must call the Manufacturer directly or the Professional Vending & Supply Company. It will be determined what is wrong with your machine and you will be instructed as to the best course of action to take to get your machine repaired. If it is something minor the parts will be shipped immediately to you at no cost, and you will be instructed as how to make the repair or adjustment. If it is a more serious problem, then at our option, we will either arrange for a technician in your area to fix the machine or if it’s even more serious have you return the machine to the factory for the manufacturers technicians to repair or replace, if necessary, provided it is returned prepaid as directed.

Exceptions to the Warranty
• Paint chips and/or scratches and viewing glass are not covered by this warranty.
• This warranty shall be deemed void if any alterations or unauthorized repairs are made to the machine.
• The cost of field repairs performed by non- company approved personal will not be reimbursed unless expressly
• authorized in writing by us prior to the repair.
• This warranty shall also be deemed void if the machine has been subjected misuse, vandalism, abuse, negligence,
• accident for or use other than its intended purpose.
• These machines are designed for indoor use only, and therefore any damage caused by exposure to the elements,
• such as salt-air or ultraviolet rays, is not covered by this Warranty.
• This Warranty shall not apply to merchandise which is exposed to harsh or acidic cleaning agents or abrasives.
• Acts of God such as, but not limited to, lightning, flood, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, fire, natural or unnatural event,
• are not covered by this Warranty.
• In no case shall liability under this Warranty exceed the original purchase price of the defective merchandise.
• Warranty is not transferable.

Additional Notice to Purchaser:
The Manufacturer and/or its agents are not liable for any incidental, consequential and/or other damages of any kind whatsoever, directly or indirectly, arising from the use of the equipment whether based upon theories of contract, negligence or tort. By purchasing a vending machine through Professional Vending & Supply as an authorized representative of the Manufacturer, the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions above and the terms and policies of the Professional Vending & Supply Company.
