Envision ENV5S / 5-Wide Snack Vending Machine - This professional grade 5 wide snack machine is part of Seaga's New Envision series. The unit comes standard with an easy-to read 4.3'' LCD color display that is easy to program. It also includes a Braille equipped keypad that is easier to use than anything else on the market. The snack machine has specially designed modular trays that can be pulled out or tilted for stocking and servicing without any hassles. Also, the oversized push door allows the ENV5S to vend larger-sized products. The machine comes standard with the following security measures: locking coin box with rounded shape, guaranteed vend detection system, a sturdy all steel construction and anti-theft precautions.

Shipping: Delivery to anywhere in the continental U.S. 48 contiguous states. Items being shipped to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada or any other country will incur additional shipping charges.

Availability: Depending on availability and production machine usually leaves the warehouse in 2 to 4 weeks.

Seaga Manufacturing Inc. Warranty

WHAT IS COVERED: The manufacturer warrants To The Original Purchaser Only that each item of equipment manufactured is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Manufacturer’s obligation under warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement, at our plant, of any parts of the equipment which shall within one year of the date of shipment to the original purchase, be demonstrated to be defective. The original purchaser may obtain repair or replacement of the equipment under warranty by returning the defective item or entire vendor to the Manufacturer, freight prepaid.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED: The Manufacturer’s warranty obligations DO NOT EXTEND TO OR INCLUDE installation expenses, vandalism, or any difficulties resulting from failure to operate equipment in accordance with Manufacturer’s instructions under competent supervision and difficulties due to changes in vended products, which are beyond the control of manufacturer.

SPECIAL NOTE: Manufacturer is not responsible for any loss of income due to a vending machine being out of service due to a Warrantable item.

This warranty is in lieu of all the other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness or use, and of all other obligations or liabilities on Manufacturer’s part. Manufacturer neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any other liability in connection with the sale of equipment manufactured by its self. This warranty shall not apply to equipment manufactured or any part thereof which is subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse, or damage in shipment. The term “original purchaser”, as used in this warranty, shall be deemed to mean that person for whom the equipment is originally installed.

Seaga Manufacturing, Inc. is not liable for any incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind whatsoever, directly or indirectly, arising from the use of the equipment whether based upon theories of contract negligence or tort. Effective 01/2007.

Exceptions to the Warranty
• Paint chips and/or scratches and viewing glass are not covered by this warranty.
• This warranty shall be deemed void if any alterations or unauthorized repairs are made to the machine.
• The cost of field repairs performed by non- company approved personal will not be reimbursed unless expressly
•authorized in writing by us prior to the repair.
• This warranty shall also be deemed void if the machine has been subjected misuse, vandalism, abuse, negligence,
•accident or for use other than its intended purpose.
• These machines are designed for indoor use only, and therefore any damage caused by exposure to the elements, such
•as salt-air or ultra violet rays, is not covered by this Warranty.
• We suggest you use a surge protector on your machine.
• This Warranty shall not apply to merchandise which is exposed to harsh or acidic cleaning agents or abrasives.
• Acts of God such as, but not limited to, lightning, flood, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, fire, natural or unnatural event,
• are not covered by this Warranty.
• In no case shall liability under this Warranty exceed the original purchase price of the defective merchandise.
• Warranty is not transferable.

Additional Notice to Purchaser: The Manufacturer and/or its agents are not liable for any incidental, consequential and/or other damages of any kind whatsoever, directly or indirectly, arising from the use of the equipment whether based upon theories of contract, negligence or tort. By purchasing a vending machine through the Professional Vending & Supply Company as an authorized representative of the Manufacturer, the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions above and the terms and policies of the Professional Vending & Supply Company.
